1. If you are adding a logo to the forefront, after completing your order below, email your logo in gif, tiff, eps, or Adobe Illustrator format to artwork@golftees.com. Please include your order number in the subject of your email.
2. Complete the easy online ordering form below. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery if the heel only is personalized. If a logo is added to the forefront please allow 4 weeks for delivery after your artwork is apporved.
